- Develop the seasonal Brand plan for the Women's category - Elevate and amplify the category direction and stories at retail. - Create, serve and engage with our Women consumers. Identify opportunities to enrich our retail marketing concept map. - Identify and develop strategic partnerships for marketing launches and activations.
- Ensure the transmission of the Brand identity and Brand initiatives in the 14 French Nike direct doors. - Support and assist all categories (Running, Football, Sportswear, Women, etc.) by working on monthly marketing campaigns such as: The World Cup, Roland Garros, Nike React, Mercurial. - Contribute to the organization of brand activations and consumer experiences (Athlete appearances, Mercurial x Virgil Abloh). - Coordinate all Retail Brand support for brand categories with external agencies and Nike EMEA. - Support the Digital team for the recruitment of each event (push notifications brief, app card). - Responsible for daily communication with Visual Merchandisers to ensure premium and relevant in-store Brand Experience.
- Analyze the consumer reports on Paris and consolidate a recap on Masterbrand and category highlights and challenges. - Update the scorecard compiling BSM, NPD (POS & consumers), Nike.com & membership datas. - Build weekly and monthly recaps on Paris landscape - WHAT'S UP PARIS (gather latest trends/inspirations from Paris)
