Currently I am School Administrator in Jean Paul's High School, Ara, Bihar, India. Its been a long span of time,'ve been associated with Jean Paul's High School, Ara, Bihar. I can be defined as a go-getter and love to surround with like minded people. I love being overloaded with work for I believe the more you work the more you learn.
After assessment of my performance, my organisation has appointed me as a School Administrator in 2016. Heading a team of Principal and more than 200 teaching staffs on regular basis. Heading the committee who plan over the curriculum and study materials. Responsible for the entire operations, setting organisational goals, allocating budgets, serving as a school spokesperson and management. Supervise operations and promoted healthy lifestyle to ensure an organised and friendly student environment. Implement programs and projects to enhance learning environment and teaching effectiveness.
After completion of my Bachelors in Education, I am teaching the subject of Science as well as Business Studies up to higher secondary level. (10+2)
Joined Jean Paul’s School located in Ara, Bihar, India in the year 2014. I was leading the team of Human Resources and handling the work force two campuses of this school. During this tenure I led the hiring team and have done hiring of teaching and regular employees for the organisation. Developed a deeper understanding of internal HR policies and act as the first point of contact for all new joiners to resolve any policies-related queries. I was also heading the team who take care of the remuneration of employees.
