Dr. Yashpal Singh Technologies used: Java, AJAX, Google API, Apache Tomcat Conceptualized & developed IPAS which can deal with critical issues related to modern transport & parking system. Specifically, finds an empty space for Parking at a nearest available location. Added feature, it can be instrumental for finding lost vehicle or any suspected vehicle. Developed on JAVA platform, IPAS offers 3 modules to user for easy assistance Module 1: (User): Iteratively finds nearest parking position and checks for availability. IPAS can distinguish 2 & 4 wheeler parking according to user requirement. The system also provides directions to reach the parking lot which is implemented by use of Google Maps API. Module 2 (Administrator): This module meets all requirement for managing parking like noting time vehicle is being parked and monitoring duration for which it has been parked etc. Module 3 (Police): If a vehicle exceeds its duration for parking then the system send an alarm against the vehicle. This feature can be exploited to track lost or suspected vehicles. Designed many GUI using JAVA for IPAS Worked on SOAP which is a simple standard way to access object and information represented by them.
Online Complaint and Peripheral Management; Er. Panne Lal Technologies used: ASP.NET, Visual Basic Developed and debugged an existing system for Online Complaint & Peripheral management System has 2 types of devices namely Systems & Peripherals on which one has to keep a check. It facilitate these check by incorporating 3 modules : Module 1: (Administrator): It includes Peripheral device database availability management, bill and penalty calculation based on annual maintenance contract with the third party & complaint call management. Module 2 (Complaint Registration): It registers complaint using unique P.B. number and system id. Module 3 (Status): It provides visibility on status of complaint registered. Either the P.B. number or system id will tell the exact status of the complaint Extended Module 1 to include the following features : Calculate Maintenance Cost : Based on number of days served for a particular service like preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, standby support or resident engineer etc. the system calculates the overall cost Calculate usage of everyday used products and keep a record of all complaints with follow ups Calculates penalty on late service and production which helps in optimum management in accordance to better usage of funds and ease to workers Worked on Visual Basic & developed several web based forms for the System.
