Building strategic partnerships and managing multiple stakeholders, including public sector officials in partner countries, key private sector and non-governmental stakeholders, and project investors. ✓ Secured grant funding and seed funding from the government technology missions, angel investors, and sustainable VC investors for proposals delivering economic, social, and environmental goals. ✓ Led the negotiations with service providers, impact investors, public, and multilateral agencies for technology transfer and structuring of €26.8 million low cost housing and sustainable community development project in Craiova, Romania. ✓ Structured the consortium of partners to deliver 1000 MW wind power projects for the Integrated Wind Power Programme in Morocco. ✓ Engaged in bringing Transformative technologies and solutions to help embed sustainable social and environmental development in Africa. ✓ Assisting Progress through Business Inc. (ongoing). Involved in sustaining and enhancing under served communities through initiatives, research, networking and strategic business partnerships.
✓ Established strategic collaboration and secured preferred services provider status with the market leader in the field of Energy and Building Compliance Regulatory Services. ✓ Established a JV for the new Renewable Energy Business for Solar and Wind Energy and developed strong relationships with key players in the Supply Chain. ✓ Created a new strategic alliance for providing Energy Efficiency Services, including Carbon Management, CRC, Monitoring and Targeting, and Energy Procurement. ✓ Negotiated and finalized a partnering agreement for new projects in Sustainable (Eco) construction. ✓ Led the setting up of RETA (Renewable Energy Technology Alliance) and Climate 2020 Leadership Project.
✓ Developed a new energy business venture and managed energy efficiency measures of the Group. Led Group projects in Mainland Europe and UK. ✓ Headed Business Development, Investor Relations and Partnership Development. ✓ Headed Joint Venture negotiations for the group and successfully established a JV with a German partner. Established excellent rapport across the partnerships and developed a broad range of income generating opportunities. ✓ Ensured compliance with Environment Agency regulations under the CRC Act and crafted Energy efficiency strategy for the group, resulting in 17.1% energy cost savings.
