1- Cisco ASA firewall, configuration and maintenance. Cisco ACI, SPINE, Leaf, Bridge Domain, APIC Controller. 2- Experience of route based VPN network design, IPSEC tunnel configuration, encryption and integrity protocols and troubleshooting. 3- Implementation of security policies by creating firewall policy on ASA. 4- Configuring, Implementing and troubleshooting of fortigate firewall. 5- Troubleshooting of application related issues, applying IPV4 policies, web filter, creating VIPs in Fortiget firewall. 6- Experience on BMC remedy, mentaining SLA by implementing CR, Work order and Incident tickets and closing tickets within time. 7- Analyzing bandwidth of various links for the future capacity planning. 8- Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades in collaboration with team members. 9- Proper Co-ordination with teammate for the Network related issue and cooperating them to troubleshoot the issues. 10- Managed lease line, ILL, MPLS and broadband connection and coordination with ISP for issue resolution. 11- Monitor, review and plan for the bandwidth upgrade and downgrade of the links. 12- Ensuring uptime of the links as per Service level agreement. 13- Upgrading network equipments by recommend firmware release. 14- Attend meeting with manager, service owner and business stack holders for improving quality of service.

1-Monitoring links with Solar Winds. 2-Analyzing Bandwidth of various links on regular basis for capacity planning and preparing various B/W utilization reports. 3-Configuring router, switches and troubleshooting. 4-Taking back up and restoring the router and Switches configuration. 5-IOS Up gradation. .6-Close coordination with field support team for respective customer. 7-Keeping customer informed using phone, email & SMS, based upon the ticket priority. 8.Collecting the inputs from all concerned teams to periodically update the Ticketing tool. 9-Keeping management team informed, about all P1 Incident notification till the incident gets fixed. 11-Following-up with all stakeholders via phone and mail till fixing of any Incident or change management. 12-Raising flag to concerned team in case of frequent or repetitive fault. 13-Providing all technical support to the customers. 14-Performing periodic escalations with supplier and internal management team till the resolution of incident. 15-Attending the internal meetings to improve the support and process to customers.
