Pankaj is now CEO of Podium (spinout from Lendlease), a PropTech platform that has been created to drive Generative Design and AI based digital Property Development and radically change how properties are designed and developed. Podium is now launched in Singapore and expanding to other regions.
Pankaj is now SVP and CTO of Digital Technology at Lendlease Digital, where he is helping develop Lendlease’s Digital Platforms that include Digital Twins, Connected Supply Chains and Data Platforms - a portfolio of PropTech SaaS applications on a cloud-based industry platform.
Pankaj led the product development team for software and bioinformatics, covering Illumina’s software for gene-sequencing instruments, for cloud data services and for its bioinformatics / AI. Technologies under Pankaj's management included embedded systems on instrument, to FPGA and cloud-based Bioinformatics systems, to cloud-based data lakes and services, to AI-based interpretation engines - serving the growing needs of the Molecular Biology and Precision Medicine.
Pankaj Srivastava was CTO and SVP of Product Development of Spatialitics, Inc., a spin-out of CyberTech, Inc., focused spatially enabled apps and analytics for the Enterprise, powered by a next-generation spatial apps platform. As CTO of Spatialitics, Pankaj led the creation of a Geospatial app platform and launched multiple Geospatial enterprise SaaS apps, for industries from Healthcare to Utilities to Law Enforcement.
Pankaj Srivastava was the Senior Vice President of Software and Platforms, and the CTO of the company. In this role, Pankaj was focused on transformation and development of CyberTech’s spatial analytics and IoT platform. As CTO of CyberTech, Pankaj also helped create and launch a SaaS subsidiary, Spatialitics, that launched multiple Geospatial enterprise SaaS apps for industries from Healthcare to Utilities to Law Enforcement.
