• Perform and monitor annual plan for preventive maintenance of 250 machines. • Perform installations, preventive maintenance and service for Terumo BCT products and Mako assistant surgery robotic system. • Contact with Rontis suppliers (Terumo BCT, Stryker, KW and Applied Science) for technical issues, trainings, Field Actions and machine upgrades within a predetermined time. • Organization and control of the technical parameters for the correct installation of the machines at customer site. • Responsible for QMS audits by second and third party audits. • Order parts and stock handling. • Update daily database for Terumo BCT and Stryker regarding service activity requests (SAR). • Perform and monitor annual plan for instrument calibration of the technical department and warehouse in Greece and Romania. • Create KPI’s for Terumo BCT technical department and perform corrective actions. • Customer complaint handling for technical issues. • Customer train and after sales support. • Make repair offers to customers. • Implement the technical details for the installation of 8 Reveos machines at EKEA center for Blood processing Centralization in Greece.
