I am a Research Specialist specializing in visual analytics, renewable energy profiling, and climate data modeling, with a passion for transforming complex environmental datasets into actionable insights. At King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), I develop cutting-edge frameworks to analyze solar/wind energy potential and ocean systems using high-performance computing (HPC), spatiotemporal visualization, and AI-driven forecasting. Key achievements include: ▸ Renewable Energy Analytics Geospatial profiling of solar irradiance (GHI/DNI/DHI) & wind power using WRF-Solar reanalysis models Interactive dashboards (Leaflet/D3.js) for TMY data, variability analysis, and energy scenario planning NEOM collaboration: Simulated renewable infrastructure for smart city energy transitions (EuroVA 2023) ▸ Ocean Data & Maritime Tools Led development of GAGAN SBAS messaging system for precision navigation and emergency message broadcasting. Created an ocean data validation & visualization support tool for hydrodynamic model verification. Designed a maritime search-and-rescue aid tool integrating real-time currents/wind forecasts to find 64 different type of objects on the ocean. I thrive at the intersection of climate science, geospatial analytics, and HPC, bridging research with real-world applications—from clean energy transitions to lifesaving maritime technologies. My tools have processed 40+ years of climate data on KAUST’s SHAHEEN supercomputer, supporting both strategic planning and operational decisions.

      GAGAN ENABLED MARINER’S INSTRUMENT FOR NAVIGATION & INFORMATION (GEMINI), a Satellite Based Emergency Warning/Alert Message Broadcast Service. India became the First Country to Launch Such a Service. SEARCH AND RESCUE AID TOOL (SARAT), developed for the Indian Coast Guard, Navy and coastal Security Police in their search operations at sea to minimize loss of life, injury, and property damage.
