I’m an experienced leader in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce (FRSA), with over 25 years of experience creating inclusive, equitable, and fair workplaces. My passion lies in turning DEI values into practical, measurable outcomes helping organisations move beyond good intentions to sustainable, systemic, long-term change. I believe inclusion isn’t an initiative it’s the foundation of thriving organisational culture. Inspector - Diversity & Inclusion Specialist Advisor - CQC Inspections - Well Led Domain I provide specialist advice on Diversity & Inclusion and input into the Care Quality Commission’s (CQCs) regulatory inspection and investigation activity. My advice on Diversity & Inclusion ensures that CQC’s judgements are informed by up to date and credible professional knowledge and experience.
