Own full-cycle recruiting: intake → interview planning & assessment design → sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding. Hire mid-senior and leadership talent across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and G&A for Capella, Server, Query & Indexing, Storage, Cloud, Mobile, and Documentation teams. Partner with hiring managers via structured kick-offs to define role scope, KPIs, leveling, and interview plans; act as a talent advisor on market trends and hiring best practices. Lead sourcing and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, Juicebox, Naukri, Instahyre, job boards, networking, and referrals. Drive assessment quality through structured interviews, panel enablement, scorecards, and bias reduction; coordinate interviews using GoodTime and Brighthire. Prepare weekly funnel reviews; track and improve metrics including sourcing mix, conversion ratios, and time-to-hire. Partner with Compensation & HRBP, follow salary benchmarks to ensure accurate leveling and market-aligned offers. Manage offer strategy and closing, including cash/equity discussions, counteroffers, notice-period risks, and buyout options. Deliver strong employer branding and candidate experience through clear JDs, outreach messaging, and consistent communication. Manage global hiring across APAC, EMEA, and Canada, aligning offers and onboarding with country-specific compensation and benefits. Identify and onboard agencies; manage SOW/SPA via Coupa, contractor onboarding in UKG, and immigration coordination for EP/DP.
