I’ve spent more than twenty years working in the world of live events, helping brands and organizations turn ideas into experiences people actually remember. Today I’m Partner and CEO of OXYGEN LIVE, where together with a talented team we design and produce events ranging from corporate gatherings and brand experiences to large public shows and immersive cultural projects. What drives us is simple: creating moments that connect people, tell a story, and leave a mark. Over the years I’ve had the chance to work on complex productions and large-scale events, learning that great experiences are always the result of strong ideas, solid teamwork, and attention to every detail. Alongside my work with OXYGEN LIVE, I also teach project and event management at the Istituto Europeo di Design (IED), where I enjoy sharing what I’ve learned in the field with the next generation of professionals entering the live communication industry.
Oversaw all organizational, authorization, and procedural steps for the inaugural Formula E Rome E-Prix, held on April 2018 ( plus 2019/2021 editions ) on the EUR city circuit. Responsibilities included team supervision and leadership (overseeing a team of more than 100 professionals and over 2,000 staff members), general project management, managing relationships with institutions, municipal offices, and service providers, handling the preparation and administration of tenders, and implementing management and control processes.
