In charge of the Sales and Marketing activity across Europe with the S&M team. Successfully grown the business in the last 7 years with 2020 turnover exceeding £40 million. We work closely with the OP trade , Craft businesses and retailers across Europe and develop relations with customers at all levels, wholesalers, dealers, retailers and online. CRAFT - Succeeded in introducing a range of innovative CRAFT items into Europe. PPE - Tough 2020 but diversified into PPE with amazing results. Full range of masks, face shields, screens to suit all budgets. Deflecto are one of the World’s largest manufacturer of extruded POS & Displays. Deflecto has a group turnover in excess of $160 million dollars+ and have over 1300 employees. They have over 2000 stocked POS products, the main products are acrylic multi-purpose literature holders, signage grips, clips and holders plus a huge range of display accessories. Not always the cheapest but great quality. PPE - They manufacture screens in all shapes and sizes and source a multitude of PPE.
Responsible for UK, Ireland and Northern Europe. Contract stationers, buying groups, large independents, new business. Management of the sales / customer services office Redundancy and closure of the UK operation led to the move to Deflecto.
Initially headhunted by the then Sales Director to join ORION (westcoast) which went on to acquire XMA. Managed an internal team of telesales, Sales person of the year 2009 in a team of 45 externals. Looked after London and the South sales of consumables and an element of hardware sales / services.
