Coordination of operational controllership (closing & reporting, external reporting, internal controls, etc). Coordination and support in preparation of the GE 10-k; 10-Q SEC disclosure process, SOx support, implementation and maintenance of robust internal control framework. Support broader finance/business simplification initiatives.
