Direct and oversee social compliance assessments of all processes in the Decathlon global production team. Ensure people and social compliance issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in defect tracking system.
I support my team, the production and supplier team in setting up SD KPIs and yearly roadmaps and ensure they align with the united project KPIs. I coordinate with leaders to enlight the KPIs and ensure there are sufficient resources. I debrief the performances on all SD Projects with production teams. I co-define the SD skill matrix and targets for myself, the production and supplier team and share priorities to leaders. I plan how to make needed skills available throughout the year and align with external providers and the united team I support production teams & missioned assessors in the validation of their annual project and missions I contribute to the global country risk mapping I contribute to the panel review meeting to give feedback on SD performance. I setup an aligment routine with other modules (quality, supply, SD, Indus, CI etc.) I identiy potential external stakeholders and launch collaboration I set yearly targets of tools implementation (ex: % of users using SD tools in my perimeter)
I prepare my season with my Demand Planner/Quality Leader/Development Engineer/Supplier (supply agreement, S&OP & retroplanning follow-up, capacity booking) and decide collaboration agreements.. I create and maintain catalogue structure and I reference my products data.. I manage the capacity: on the tool and on the field.. I check the feasibility of my new orders ( Capacity & Component) and manage them to satisfy my customers.. I know the supply methods for FG and CPT and I explain them to my suppliers.. I detect significant supply risks in my supplier and implement the adapted immediate actions plans.. I optimize the level of my components stock to answer the needs of my customers and avoid overstock.. I master the cost breakdown of my products and I propose solutions to reduce our supply costs.. I master the leadtime breakdowns of all my models and manage my suppliers to reduce them.. I increase the elasticity of my perimeter through a strong collaboration with my suppliers.. I manage my suppliers to improve our Supply collaboration.. I am instructor on supply modules.
