I founded Holler in 2020 with my co-founder and partner, David Jacobs, on a simple conviction: country music deserves a platform as rich, diverse and serious as the stories it tells. What began as an observation of shifting audience data soon became something more meaningful. Country music wasn’t simply growing — it was evolving. The audience was becoming younger, more global and more culturally engaged. What appeared traditional on the surface was changing underneath. Holler was built to contribute to that evolution. Today, we publish daily editorial, support emerging artists and produce the Holler Nashville Sessions — curating and amplifying music that feels authentic, culturally resonant and built to last. I’m interested in how culture moves over time — how communities form around craft, storytelling and identity — and how thoughtful partnerships can support that movement without diluting it. Country music is not a passing trend. It is a living culture and here to stay.
