I work across Learning & Development, Recruitment, and Internal Communication, actively taking part in both planning and execution processes. In Learning & Development, I have experience in LMS management, training organization, onboarding programs, training records, reporting, and coordination with internal stakeholders. In Recruitment, I take part in end-to-end processes including sourcing, candidate experience management, interview coordination, and stakeholder communication for white-collar roles.
