I have spent more than 28 years in the world of cards and payments, building my career on a passion for helping clients succeed and creating exceptional experiences at every stage of their journey. Today, as Senior Director of Client Services for Southern Europe at Visa, I work with some of the region’s most important financial institutions and partners to make sure they get the very best from our products and services. My role is about much more than delivering solutions. It is about listening carefully to our clients, understanding their goals, and aligning our work to help them grow. I lead teams across different markets, bringing people together to solve complex challenges and to find new ways of adding value in a fast-changing payments landscape. What drives me is seeing our clients thrive. I believe that strong relationships, built on trust and collaboration, are at the heart of long-term success. I also believe in empowering my teams to think strategically, act with confidence, and never stop learning. Over the years I have developed a deep knowledge of payment systems including authorization, settlement, compliance and the operational realities of a global network. I have also learned that technology and human connection must work hand in hand. Innovation matters, but so does the way we work together to deliver it. For me, success is measured not just in results but in the partnerships we build, the challenges we overcome, and the shared achievements we create along the way.
