I am currently looking for a new career path and interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers, or just interesting creative folks, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect. I have an EU permanent residence permit, therefore I do not need sponsorship for a work permit.

At Philips Healthcare Data Management team, my main responsibilities were leading the data migration project, managing the team's workload, using the provided resources in the most efficient way and providing visibility to upper management. During my presence in this team, I created a detailed project report from scratch, which created visibility on workload, progress, ETAs, risks and improvements. I also created a workload management tool specific to the needs of my team by using Smartsheet. With the combination of these two key items, I managed to maintain the workload on a safe level and played a big role in taking the project to its final stage despite the big backlog that existed before I joined the team.
During the transition of Philips Lighting Digital Marketing Support, I worked as a bridge between the two vendors building up an entirely new digital team. My main responsibility was to make the transition process go smoothly and provide support to the vendors when needed.
I was responsible for coordinating the digital activities and leading the service experts while maintaining the communication between service providers and customers. During my time in this position, I coordinated many successful campaigns and fulfilled the customers' needs until this position was phased out due to the operational changes in Philips Digital Services.
After working as a CRM content editor for Philips Lighting, I became the supervisor of the same team. In this role, I was leading the team who was responsible for creating and executing CRM campaigns.
I started my career with Philips working as a web content editor in Lighting CRM team. During this period, I worked with Eloqua tool to create newsletters, landing pages and event campaigns.
