I am a Senior Partner at McKinsey, where I am a member of the global leadership team, also called Enablement Team. Throughout a career spanning over two decades with McKinsey, I have led transformation programs on a wide variety of issues, including AI and analytics for growth and performance, digital transformation, organizational development, and leadership development. I have lived and worked in France, Japan, South Africa, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States. I am a passionate believer in servant leadership, which I see as critical to bringing the power of the whole organization to bear.
