- Conducting market analysis and identifying growth opportunities in underperforming regions - Developing and implementing tailored marketing strategies to drive regional growth - Analyzing user behavior and preferences to optimize customer acquisition and retention - Oversee account management and ensure seamless onboarding of new restaurants - Leading and supporting a field team dedicated to restaurant acquisition and account management - Creating region-specific growth playbooks to standardize and scale operations - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align on growth priorities and objectives - Monitoring regional KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve performance
- Creating campaigns, coupon discount options and loyalty programs for sellers to grow - Building short&long term digital marketing event strategies for sellers
- Being responsible for the entire sales process with new partners to source and negotiate the best products in city to deliver it to customers - Meeting monthly objectives defined by the company and team - Analyzing data by checking account's performance metrics in order to create a sales strategy - Preparing partner KPI reports and logging daily sales activities through salesforce.com to assist manager and HOS
- Research, investigate and provide high quality responses to technical enquiries - Extraordinary attention to detail in case management, follow-up and follow-through - Report to Senior Management on emerging issues and/or complex technical issues in order to find resolution and to provide product technical feedback - Utilized AST2 Diagnostics console, Bomgar, iLog, and iCloud support tools to research and solve various technical issues - Act as a resource to provide guidance for complex technical issues and ensure rapid identification of emerging issues for professional solutions - Assist in product readiness process as appropriate and needed - Review of technical materials such as submitted articles, training materials - Assist in reporting of technical issues and in keeping the manager well informed - Maintain an on-going expert knowledge of diverse technologies
- Assisting recruitment process; organising interviews, sending invitations to candidates, respond to candidate - To keep employee files & documents updated - To follow up health reports and health&safety related documents & trainings - To assist organising training activities, recording trainings in training file - Display of job advertisements, conducting telephone interviews and job interviews
