Chief Investment Partner for Epiris. Epiris is a mid-market private equity firm. We invest in opportunities to transform businesses in partnership with exceptional management teams. We target control positions in UK-centric businesses with an enterprise value of between £50 million and £500 million. My role is to lead investment strategy and execution for Epiris. I sit on the Investment Committee and Management Committee. I am an active investor with a sector focus on Financial Services. Recent deals include WBS, Pure Cremation, Nucleus, James Hay, Saunderson House, and Retirement Bridge.
