WMATA Fiber Infrastructure Managing the Closeout process for the project, coordinating with key stakeholders to prepare site locations for final turnover with the Owner. Managing multiple crews to complete open Punchlist Items and unfinished work, meeting owner deadlines, and exceeding schedule expectations. This involves using knowledge gained of the metro system to maneuver around access constraints and day/night avalibility.
UMMC Stoler Center for Advanced Medicine Coordinated the RFI and submittal process for all of the building envelope trades, over 20M in scope, to ensure that trades were on site when needed and material was ready before installation. This also included coordinating and leading a weekly meeting with the owner and architect on the status of submittals and RFIs for the project to give priority to certain items and improve response times. Manage LEED for the project by compiling LEED data, tracking the progress of LEED submittals, and coordinating with our sustainability department to attain LEED Silver. Achieved LEED Green Associate accreditation to be more efficient in my role. Scheduling trades to be on-site and providing field supervision and onsite solutions to assess the quality of work. Assisted in the completion of an enabling scope of work for the project that allowed for a new entrance for hospital employees during the construction process. This included the drawing and in-field coordination for the envelope of the building. QC Engineer for the facade of the building. This included coordinating clashes between the adjacent systems, identifying possible solutions, and tracking the installation of these materials.
