My role at VW Scunthorpe was to assist in both the Purchase and Sales Ledgers for more than 6 sites. I was a proud member of a well run accounts team as well as the site fire warden. Further roles i had within Marshalls include helping with the roll out of a new software as part of a team that supports and raises queries for the Volkswagen division, as well as being part of a project team aiming to streamline current business processes.
This was a hybrid role which first got me into the finance sector. The company built new houses and helped develop multiple sites across my time there. My role was to assist in the day to day financial running of the business as well as producing statements that predicted the future finances of the company.
