About

My approach to training is shaped by a combination of military experience and long-term involvement in endurance sport. I’ve spent over 10 years in physically demanding military environments, building a strong foundation in discipline, consistency, and structured training. Alongside this, I’ve developed a strong background in endurance sport, including triathlon and ultramarathons, competing across a range of distances and formats, including extreme events such as Patagonman. Combined, these experiences shape how I approach training, recovery, and long-term progression. Training and coaching is something I’ve consistently developed alongside my career for a number of years, and I’m now focused on building that into a long-term profession. I offer bespoke 1-to-1 coaching tailored to the individual, delivered in person, remotely, or through a hybrid approach, specialising in endurance and tactical performance. My endurance coaching focuses on long-course triathlon and endurance running. For tactical athletes, I provide training for selection courses such as All Arms Pre-Parachute Selection (P Company) and Special Forces Selection, alongside loaded marches and overall military physical robustness.
