I am proud to lead PwC's Capital Markets & Accounting Advisory group in Norway. Over the last twenty years I have been lucky enough to have gained considerable experience from working with some of the most exciting publicly listed companies, in the US, the UK and in Norway. I specialise in assisting companies with their preparations for going public and their ongoing compliance with the UK, Norwegian & US listing rules, and IFRS and US GAAP reporting requirements. I have considerable experience of working with capital raising transactions and have had the pleasure of working on a large number of international transactions. These range from High Yield debt offerings, US and Oslo listings, Group Restructurings, listing master limited partnerships, through to Nordic and London-based Private Equity houses using IPOs as an exit.
