Project / Delivery Manager in B2B SaaS, bridging QA rigor and structured AI-assisted delivery workflows. Currently coordinating delivery across a 15-person cross-functional setup - backend, frontend, QA, analytics, data science, design, support - working close to the CTO and CPO to turn product direction into scoped work, aligned teams, and predictable releases. I came up through QA leadership, and that shapes how I run delivery: spotting release risks early, pushing back on vague scope before it costs sprints, and keeping customer impact visible when priorities shift. The role has a customer-facing side as well: enterprise client onboarding, rollout support, feature-request triage, issue coordination, and feedback loops across international markets including the USA, India, Indonesia, Uzbekistan, Brazil, Malaysia, and Turkey.
