About

I am a CEO/GM/COO with a track record in scaling digital and platform businesses, combining full P&L ownership with hands-on execution. Across scale-ups, corporate ventures and PE-backed environments, I have led businesses through growth, transformation and professionalisation. I typically add value in situations where growth needs to accelerate, complexity needs to be made manageable and teams need clear focus to execute. Selected outcomes: • OLX Indonesia: CEO of a 300+ person marketplace business. Doubled revenue, improved execution and team productivity, supported the platform migration, and integrated the local organization more closely with central teams. • Parship: online dating subscription service. Built the NL/BE markets from zero to ~€8M revenue at ~20% margin; promoted to Senior Director Northern Europe, leading multiple country teams. • Deli Home: led a digital transformation venture inside a traditional PE-backed building-products company; delivered MVP in 4 months, secured 7-digit funding and transitioned the venture into the core business. • bol.com: early management team member; helped scale the business from one to six product categories and led category launches from business case to execution. How I work: outside-in, customer-focused and data-driven. I bring focus, structure and execution rhythm, while staying close to teams, customers, product/engineering and commercial performance. I am open to CEO, GM, COO and country leadership roles in digital, platform or tech-enabled businesses, including PE-backed portfolio companies, corporate ventures and international scale-ups.
