Leading the company's business and R&D strategies. Fortunate and grateful to work with great individuals & teams on the business development and partnerships front as well as in R&D. One of the big challenges is to have teams and operations on three continents yet, together, we have created a brand new line of products and services focusing on consumer and workplace wellness, health, safety, learning & performance thanks to EMOTIV MN8 (our new intelligent brain sensing earbuds), EMOTIV Labs (the first ever online platform to collect and process behavioral and brain data at scale) and brand new machine learning algorithms assessing cognitive stress and attention in real-time, without disrupting people's work. Bioethics, data privacy and security are key to us. Data collection is done a voluntary and anonymized basis and EMOTIV does not sell data to clients, partners or any third party. EMOTIV's brain data repository - the largest amount of real-life brain data (EEG) collected outside medical facilities - is fed by nearly 100,000 owners of the company’s mobile brain sensors in more than 120 countries. Our hardware and algorithmics solutions are featured in 4000 scientific solutions according to an independent study, nearly 9000 references in Google Scholar
