Participating, supporting and learning how a social "welfare-warrior", is joining attention & intention to allow visions to flourish on behalf of citizens. Taking part in transforming how flourishing democratic structures thought forth in the 20th century( how do we participate in democracy- with good educations, health etc.), are being disrupted, transformed, and cared for. Also how business models, based on industrial models( measurements cycles, service as the goal of a welfare system), have come to a threshold, where re-organizing, re-grouping, re-thinking, re-relating and re-caring is up for dialogues, reassesment and re-formating: can we do this in a better way for with our citizens? A capability-approach- what can we really be an do? The system is driving back relationsships, rehumaninzing welfare democratic development. My take on my job;-)
