Strategic IT Governance at the Intersection of Board Vision, Execution and AI. In my role as Head of Masterplan & Portfolio Performance Management at Siemens Energy, I am responsible for ensuring that the IT and AI strategy defined by the Executive Board is translated into measurable, operational reality. My focus lies in bridging the gap between high-level strategic mandates and global execution within a complex, international environment. Core Areas of Responsibility: • Strategy Development & Execution: Steering the IT landscape through OKRs and AI-driven KPI management to sustainably increase the operational efficiency of global teams. • Process Excellence & AI Integration: Optimizing IT structures based on the ITIL framework and Lean principles, while leveraging AI to automate governance and streamline global workflows. My Approach: Structure creates velocity. By linking classical governance (ITIL) with modern steering methods (OKR) and AI-enhanced analytics, I provide the transparency needed to not only accelerate execution but to make it predictive and measurable. My goal is to reduce complexity and ensure that global teams act in perfect sync with the overarching corporate strategy.
- Strategic End-to-End Lifecycle Panning for relevant IT Services of Corporate Functions. - Analysis, design, and implement Portfolio Roadmaps following the company’s IT-Strategy. - Portfolio Execution based on IT-Demand Management Process. - Overall Budget Planning for the IT-Portfolio including Transformation Projects. - Managing Stakeholders across the Organisation incl. Escalation Instance.
- Definition and manage of the global project and service portfolio for chosen renewable technologies. - Business Partnering for the Onshore and Offshore Branch of Innogy. - Initiation and running steering boards at digital transformation projects. - Demand Management as interface between Corporate IT and the Business Functions. - Managing of internal as well as external service providers.
