I am a graphic designer with an EFZ/CFC in Design from F+F Schule für Kunst und Design Zürich and a strong foundation in design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. My curiosity drives me to seek multidisciplinary creative solutions that address the complex and evolving needs of human beings. I value collaboration, feedback, and learning from different perspectives and disciplines. I aim to deliver high-quality and impactful design work that enhances the customer experience. In my free time, I like to expand my cultural and artistic horizons by trying new cooking recipes from different regions of the world and listening to podcasts.
- Development, planning and quality control of customer projects within the team, in accordance with project management and customer guidelines. - Supporting the team in its day-to-day activities and acting as a point of contact for customer agents on technical and methodological issues. - Preparation and management of data for statistics and customer agent evaluations. - Evaluation and analysis of project data for project management and optimisation.
- Identify and assess customer needs in order to satisfy the necessary needs. - Provide accurate, valid and complete information using appropriate methods/tools. - Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. - Record customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. - Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Involved in projects mainly of an editorial nature, with elements of web design and animation. - Responsibilities included sourcing material for brand proposals, layout of flyers and magazine pages, logo and website design, as well as designing animations for social media and checking files for publishing.
