Establishment of TEF1 organization in the biggest plant of Bosch Rexroth, 30 employees, getting it run to develop new processes and improve the existing ones. Develop process engineering initiatives to manage project implementations together with CNC programmers, machining, heat treatment and technical cleanliness experts to optimize processes systematically for operational efficiency and cost savings.
Leading and controlling all project activities of relocation project, transfer whole production from Germany to Turkey, in adopting plant. The relocation project consists of transferring all machining operations (16 castings with 12 CNC fixtures), 4 assembly lines and 3 hydraulic test benches for 300 different products of more than 40 different customers within one and a half year.

Managing Karsan PLM project, preparing the infrastructure on Teamcenter for digitalized workflows.
Managing and controlling all activities of a bus project aimed to develop new bus for a specific region. MAN project management tool (PEP) was used to structure and manage the project and its budget was 1.3 million €.
