-Performs various contract administration functions, including performing reconciliation, conducting contract closeouts, maintaining database integrity, determining eligibility, and verifying evidence of contractor progress for approval of contract financing, and solving problems relating to assigned contracts -Monitors contractor performance for compliance with applicable laws, delivery schedules, payment provisions, contract data reporting requirements, and other contractual requirements -Advises contractor as to scope of work statements, shipping requirements and other issues regarding the meaning of terms and conditions. -Evaluates contractor compliance with applicable contract clauses, e.g. progress reports -Receives requests from procuring activities for specific services and/or products or by provisioning and spare parts clauses of contracts -Performs final closeout of assigned contracts; e.g., assures delivery, inspection and acceptance of contractual end items and that all administrative and reporting actions have been resolved before recommending final closeout of the contract.
-Keep track of projects with respect to schedule, effort and deliverables, and inform stakeholders of progress compared to the original plan and delivery requirements -Prepare the project status to project manager -Keep track of projects, analyze and explain variances, and propose appropriate corrective actions to project managers -Maintain project documentation (change requests, deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, etc.) -Follow contract (consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, etc.) and time sheets for the project team -Contribute to project management process improvement (initiation, planning, control and closing)
-Creation of new SLA packages for Turk Telekom -Measuring the quality of Turk Telekom Network domains (IP, Transmission) and services over these domains (NGN, IPTv, etc.) -Comparing the quality metrics gathered from the network with the standards -Providing feedback to related departments in order to improve the performance of the domains and quality of the services provided
