As the Internal Communications Manager for SEB's Group & Business Services function, I oversee the internal communications and employee engagement for our nearly 2500 employees around the world, with main hubs in Sweden, the Baltics and Singapore. I advise and support the Head of GBS and her management team on both strategic initiatives and day-to-day activities, ensuring alignment within the function as well as towards the wider SEB.
As the internal communications and employee engagement manager, I created and shared news and stories from across the business, primarily focusing on our UK property and global holding functions.
