As Director of International Partnerships at ARC Innovation since December 2022, I focus on advancing healthcare innovation by building and managing global collaborations with leading health systems, academic medical centers, and innovation hubs. I am entrusted with leading ARC Global’s OneARC Transformation Network and expanding ARC’s international reach by fostering impactful clinical and technological partnerships with organizations that want to stay within our network and collaborate with ARC’s startups, participate in our Global SPARC Entrepreneurship Program, and learn from other organizations via our various forums and networking events. With over three years of experience at ARC, supported by a strong foundation of 16 years in regulatory healthcare compliance consulting work, program management, healthcare management, and hospital operations, I am dedicated to translating innovation into scalable, real-world solutions that transform patient care. Fluent in English and Hebrew, I leverage my bilingual proficiency to connect with stakeholders worldwide, enabling trust and collaboration across diverse healthcare ecosystems.
I lead ARC Global’s OneARC Transformatjon Network care-provider partnerships, building and managing strategic collaborations with leading health systems, academic medical centers, and innovation centers worldwide. Reporting to the Chief Network Growth Officer, I am responsible for expanding ARC’s international footprint, driving high-impact clinical and technology partnerships, and translating innovation into scalable, real-world healthcare solutions.
Had the privilege of being able to stay home with 3 little kids for a few years as a stay-at-home mom, especially during COVID. Hardest job ever but so rewarding. Always stayed in touch with colleagues and healthcare updates.
Partnered closely with senior management to identify and develop new business opportunities for the Practice and was responsible for administering all aspects of the Hospitalist, Pediatric, Neonatology, Critical Care, and Urgent Care programs; reported to Chief Operating Officer.
In collaboration with the Executive Director, Medical Director, and Director of Ambulatory Services, and other members of the management team, provided administrative and business leadership for the Children's National Montgomery County Outpatient Center (ambulatory facility) in Rockville, MD (Children's largest outpatient center).
