I have years of experience managing large scale infrastructural project, conducting impact assessment and ESG due diligence, and helping businesses embed environmental, social, and governance factors into core business strategy. -Conduct research and development studies to develop standard operating procedures, instruments, and protocols for surveys by determining and managing project scope and objectives and research of appropriate methodologies. -Conduct site visits, stakeholder mapping and engagement, and focus group discussions. -General walkover and sampling of different environmental components by collecting data to establish a baseline condition for levels of pollution or contamination for a site or area of consideration -Design and coordinate baseline studies for environmental receptors including air, surface water, groundwater, sediment, noise, ecological and social-economic studies to obtain environmental/sustainability information regarding planned project -Prepare client's report and publications by designing templates and visualizations, reviewing and editing draft report. -Promote environmental performance improvements by evaluating compliance with national and international standards (IFC Performance standards, EHS Guidelines requirements, United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development Guidelines requirement, etc.). -Conduct Environmental Impact Assessment study, Environmental and Social Due Diligence study, Environmental Audit, Resettlement Action Plan, etc. -Laboratory Supervision and management Sector: • Agriculture • Manufacturing • Finance • Food and Drugs • Oil and Gas • Telecommunication • Power
