Supply management, responsible for NXP Logistic Product Line in Business Unit Standard Products. • Supply Chain Management: Manage the supply chain to ensure stable system planning, using i2 and SAP. • Production Order Management: Monitor and control the production schedule and co-work with production line, ensure supply to meet customer's demand • Sales Order Management: Schedule customer's order according to current supply condition, special handling customer urgent case. Leadership: • S&OP coordination, regular host S&OP meeting. Create planning report base on latest data, review feasible sales gap, supply management and planning quality identify. Take necessary action to balance supply and demand earlier. • PDQ champion(One of KPI indicators for data quality), lead to keep system data complete and good planning result. • Auto Plan coordination(Key KPI), focus on system's proposal and planner's manual behavior. Purpose is to maximize system value, reduce planner's loading via PDCA.
