• Co-define and implement media plans over company core business and initiatives • Prepare storylines, press kits, releases, and reactive written responses to the media during crisis events • Organize press conferences and arrange interviews for spokespersons • Monitor media coverage and prepare regular evaluation reports • Coordinate with the Social Media unit regarding both copy and visual posts • Manage potential communications crisis situations to protect the brand image
• Support company’s advocacy strategy at EU level by tracking policy developments on the EECC and perform related policy evaluations • Maintain relationships with policy makers, MEPs, government officials, regulatory agencies, opinion leaders to represent company’s positions about tech issues • Organize public policy campaigns over core issues, identify and mobilize potential coalition partners • Contribution to the drafts of amendments, position papers, and presentations
• Monitor the EU decision-making process affecting the telecom sector and prepare briefings on Digital Single Market, 5G Action Plan, Roaming, and Net Neutrality • Represent the company interests towards key MEPs and industry associations • Attend EP committee meetings and hearings, as well as other institutional debates and reporting back • Assist with the organization of the 10th Digital Regulation Forum in London chaired by TIM's Vice President for Relations with International Institutions and Organizations
• Daily press review and news monitoring for the Economic and Financial affairs team of the SPP • Contribution to the drafting of lines-to-take (LTT) and answers to media enquiries • Assist with the organisation of the Commission's daily conferences • Transcript of the EC Midday press briefing
