Ensuring that the visual campaigns reflect what it’s happening within the brand, Responsible for liaising with suppliers for all materials required executing the displays and making sure a high visual merchandising standard are maintained within all boutiques. Control and monitoring the annual window displays budget. Work together with Marketing team on the year events with all decoration requirements. Training conduction to each store team along with local VM’s in the region and organizing VM training conventions. Ensuring the monthly visual campaigns reflect what is happening within the brand, responsible for liaising with suppliers for all materials required to execute the displays and ensuring high visual merchandising standards are maintained within all boutiques. Continues training to each the local VM Team, sales assistants and organize VM conventions each season.
Work in the development of the brand in the expansion plan for the Middle East with the local franchise partner, managing the new store openings in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and UAE. Achieve and exceed commercial expectations ensuring and maintaining customer satisfaction. Evaluate local market competition and analyze pricing strategies / markdowns etc. Work with the partner on new season merchandise marketing / promotional material. Deliver retail standards in current points of sale with training in order to improve store performance. Regular feedback during store visits using the key business indicators on a store in times to continue with the special actions in each market.
Operate the floor plans and materials: check and approve the store plans, arrange costing for all shop fittings. Set the store openings dates with franchise director and manage timings on payments productions, shipments, coordinate teams in the aperture process. Place orders and liaises with suppliers for all visual merchandising materials and others related to store image. Study of stores volumes and capacities As a part of my role I have opened stores in the following locations: BELGIUM, HOLLAND, POLAND, RUSSIA, CYPRUS, EGYPT, UAE, LEBANON, KSA, SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA. Quality control with all shop fitting materials and supervise the visual merchandising standards during the opening. Training the local VM Team and sales assistants during the store openings and organize VM conventions to prepare each season launches. Adapt and create visual merchandising guidelines for every specific country reflecting what is happening within the brand and ensuring high visual merchandising standards are maintained within the stores.
Responsible for all aspects of visual presentation throughout the Spanish flagship store in Barcelona, covering both interior and window merchandising for all product areas, ladies, men’s, accessories and children’s and other categories introduced by the brand. As well ensuring for all visual merchandising requirements for Thomas Burberry, the younger Burberry diffusion line. Regularly liaising with the head of the visual merchandising in London, to discuss new campaigns, sale signage, and to get regular updates on global visual merchandising
