The IT Business Solutions owner is an effective partner for the functions and oversee the delivery of appropriate business solutions. Acts as single point of contact for the functions when it comes to facilitating new IT demand or the resolution of priority conflicts. As part of the Core Business IT Solutions team, will be accountable to deliver solutions for the Operations departments in allnex. Will also develop, support and maintain the SAP and BI system landscapes and drive the roadmap for further evolution of these systems. Additionally, as a team, IT Business Solutions owners will collaborate and inspire each other in a cross-functional way to develop solutions which create value for allnex as an integrated organization.
After successful roll out of the Phoenix project to all Allnex sites and 17 manufacturing locations, I’m transitioning from roll-out and hypercare mode into sustain and continuous improvement, within BPI team, as Functional Analyst QM.
Within the scope of the Phoenix project (the Phoenix project represents Allnex’s commitment to operational and commercial excellence. Through this project, Allnex will put in place a harmonized and integrated core process model, supported by a common application platform based on SAP and supplemented by a range of existing applications), I’m covering the position of Quality Management process lead.

Implementazione e gestione del comparto servizi logistici materia prima per il cliente Komatsu (produzione macchine movimento terra), in struttura 3PL ed approvvigionamento delle linee di produzione con chiamata dei materiali DCI.
