-Follow safety procedure protocol and precaution when performing maintenance services. -Repair and maintain general plant and facility in a safe, clean and orderly environment. -Keep work areas free of hazardous conditions to assure that all established safety rules. -Follow proper techniques when mixing chemicals, disinfectants, and solutions used for cleaning. When repairing and cleaning use manufacturer's instructions per regulatory precaution. -Report all unsafe/hazardous conditions, defective equipment. -Perform routine maintenance on grounds, parking areas, driveways, kitchen, etc., by as necessary. -Perform routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, as directed, in accordance with established procedures. -Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as directed.
