The scope included aligning with key focal points to ensure consistency in the catalogs developed for IT function. This involved gathering key data inputs, including local items, obtaining sign-offs, overseeing development and testing, conducting training in both English and Arabic, and providing hyper-care support. • ServiceNow implementation - Business Solutions Automation for a core digital organization within Abu Dhabi Led the implementation of ServiceNow across various departments —Human Capital, General Services, Procurement, Legal, and Finance—which included the gathering functional requirements, development of service catalog, design of the solution architecture, implementation, QA and UAT testing, training in both English and Arabic and hyper-care. • Development of Transformation Playbook for a leading ministry in the UAE Led the development of a Transformation Playbook that covers the detailed scope and artifacts of a product life cycle. Additionally, documented detailed specifications for a tool to support development tracking for a leading ministry in the UAE. • Implementation of a digital transformation solution for a governmental entity in the social sector in Abu Dhabi Assessed business processes and gathered platform design requirements, re-engineered workflows and oversaw UI enhancements throughout the product lifecycle as a product owner.
