I have participated in several projects and pilot tests, which have given me deep insights into how Nahdi company plans and works effectively with suppliers. ▪ Since my first day at Nahdi, I have been determined to bring my pharmacy to its best performance. I used to monitor monthly division sales reports to analyze points of improvement. Additionally, I tracked trending items to ensure their sufficient availability. ▪ I was awarded by the OPEX department for building a mathematical algorithm to assist colleagues in IT with the zero-fraction payment project. ▪ I created easy-to-use tracking Excel sheets for deliveries and expired items for my pharmacy.
Minyet El-Nasr Central Hospital is one the most organized central hospitals in governmental sector. It's virus treating unit ranks no #1 among the 31 units all over Egypt. It provides high quality service to more than 1000 patient/day. ▪ I provided help and cooperation to colleagues in Quality center to add valuable improvements to the system and regulations. We changed the way drugs are organized and stored to meet the ISQua guidelines. ▪ The Improvements we add make a great difference in the hospital image and patients satisfaction. As a results the hospital took the responsibility to provide Sovaldi© program to more than 60,000 patient. ▪ As a pharmacist in inpatients and emergency pharmacies, I provide consultation and review on patients' prescriptions to make sure they are accurate and compatible with their medical history.
For one year, I have been honored to serve in Egyptian Military Forces as a part of mandate military service programme. I have learnt a lot on both personal and career levels. To be self dependent in difficult situations and make connections with people was the most valuable skills I have been taught during the service.

I also took part in making simple drug combination in the pharmacy laboratory. ▪ Connecting with patients and provide consultation was a great experience to have.
