I am an English Commerce student at Al-Azhar University with a strong passion for Human Resources and Organizational Development. Through my journey, I have focused on understanding how strategic HR practices can drive organizational success. I have actively developed my skills by participating in various student activities and volunteer organizations, including Life Makers, MSP, and GDG Al-Azhar. These experiences have sharpened my leadership, communication, and teamwork skills. I am proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva to create impactful data-driven presentations and designs. My goal is to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and practical HR applications, particularly in Manpower Planning and HR Metrics. I am always eager to learn and connect with professionals in the HR field.
