250 MW Natural Gas Combined Cycle Power Plant – Saint-Louis, Senegal Responsible for integrated project controls, planning, and commercial tracking of a utility-scale CCPP project. Core responsibilities include: * Primavera P6-based schedule monitoring, baseline vs actual analysis * Earned Value Management (EVM) tracking (PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI) * Preparation of daily / weekly / monthly progress reports * BoQ-driven progress measurement and unit-based productivity analysis * Cash flow forecasting and financial tracking * Management of Interim Payment Certificates (IPC) and invoicing processes * Delay analysis & Liquidated Damages (LD) tracking per contract * Monitoring of procurement, manufacturing, and FAT processes * Stakeholder reporting Actively ensuring alignment between schedule, cost, and contract, while supporting project management with accurate and timely data.
Project Summary: OYAK's Carbon Black Project is an investment with CSRC Group,Taiwan, in building a carbon-black plant with an annual production of 220.000 tons and a power plant with 40 MW electricity generations. The OYAK Synthetic Carbon Project will eliminate Turkey's reliance on external suppliers of black carbon. Responsibility; -Development of resource-loaded schedule on Primavera P6: WBS/code structure, resource leveling, and critical path tracking. - S-Curve generation and Earned Value Analysis (EVA): PV–EV–AC, SPI/CPI calculations; variance analysis and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions). - Preparation of daily/weekly/monthly progress reports and management dashboards. - BL-1/BL-2/BL-3 baseline setup and revision management; integration of contractual change controls. - Providing technical inputs for client correspondences; preparation of KPI tables (progress, productivity, delay risk, resource efficiency), risk register updates, look-ahead plans, and subcontractor coordination.
Atatürk Airport National Garden •Rough Construction Responsibility; - MS Project based WBS and master schedule development. - Preparation of action plans for critical activities (prioritization, resource allocation, constraint removal). - Supervision of shop drawing / as-built compliance for civil and architectural works; preparation of handover packages (TOKİ/EPP). - Updating progress percentages based on quantities; providing technical office support for final progress payment closure.
