Since 03/2014 I have been working at CHEP Deutschland GmbH in Cologne, a pooling solutions company, where I have held various positions, including Team Lead Commercial Office and Team Lead Key Account Support. In these roles, my responsibilities have included employee management and development, account monitoring, forecasting, and stakeholder support for both national and international commercial managers and supply chain teams. Prior to this, I worked as a freelancer in artist management and in various administrative roles in the logistics, machine manufacturing, and personnel recruitment industries. I hold a degree in marketing communication and have completed an apprenticeship in wholesale (foreign trade). I am fluent in German and English, and have intermediate proficiency in Turkish and Spanish. I am also skilled in using various software, including SAP R/3, Salesforce, and MS Office.
My role entails the proactive management of accounts (manufacturers) for our national and European customers, with a focus on fostering strong collaboration and communication in close partnership with the field sales force.
