Responsible for the management of Services contracts and projects in accordance with the contract terms and IBM’s business requirements and objectives. This involves managing all aspects of operational activity throughout the contract lifecycle. Focus is on post-signing support including operational management/administration of: • Contract analysis and initiation • Contract and business controls compliance • Risk and issue mitigation • Contract financial performance • Deliverables management • Contract change • Customer satisfaction • Contract termination
