I’m a Follow-Up Specialist, and my job is to reach out to potential leads who’ve shown interest in our products or services. I make sure to stay in touch, answer their questions, and help them feel confident about moving forward. My main goal is to build a good connection, keep them engaged, and eventually turn that interest into a successful sale.
Not only I was an assistant admin, I was also a sales consultant. I presented vehicles to potential clients, handled inquiries, and guided buyers through the sales process. I also managed follow-ups to convert leads into sales and supported the administrative team by maintaining the CRM system—ensuring all vehicles, leads, and sales were accurately recorded and updated.
In my role on the Medicare campaign, I reached out to potential clients to educate them about the benefits of our services. I provided detailed information, answered questions, and highlighted how our offerings could meet their needs. My goal was to engage clients professionally and persuasively, helping them understand the value of our services and identifying those interested in enrolling.
In my role at a car rental company, I handle incoming customer interactions through calls, chats, and emails, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. I manage billing processes, assist with post-booking issues, and verify customer information to ensure smooth transactions. My focus is on providing an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every concern is resolved with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail, ultimately maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and trust in the service.
