Apoyo a plantas industriales en la implementación de soluciones prácticas para el cumplimiento de normativas STPS, asegurando operación segura y continuidad operativa. Ejecución de proyectos de cumplimiento de la NOM-020-STPS-2011 – Recipientes sujetos a presión, recipientes criogénicos y generadores de vapor o calderas (funcionamiento y condiciones de seguridad): Levantamiento físico en planta y clasificación de equipos Integración de expedientes técnicos por equipo Desarrollo de programas de inspección, mantenimiento y operación Servicios mediante laboratorio acreditado y aprobado por EMA y STPS para la realización de estudios normativos: NOM-011-STPS-2001 – Reconocimiento y evaluación de ruido NOM-015-STPS-2001 – Estudios de condiciones térmicas elevadas o abatidas NOM-022-STPS-2015 – Electricidad estática y resistencia de sistemas de puesta a tierra NOM-025-STPS-2008 – Niveles de iluminación en centros de trabajo NOM-081-SEMARNAT-1994 – Ruido perimetral Ejecución de ensayos no destructivos (END) en equipos críticos: Ultrasonido (medición de espesores y evaluación de integridad) Líquidos penetrantes y partículas magnéticas Inspección visual, pruebas de hermeticidad y pruebas hidrostáticas Coordinación e impartición de capacitación en seguridad industrial aplicada a operación y mantenimiento (trabajos en altura, espacios confinados, manejo de sustancias peligrosas, NOM-020, entre otros).
• Sales strategy’s implementation and sales processes’ management in order to consolidate and develop business results by achieving assigned goals. • Responsible for the performance of all sales activities in assigned business regions in order to achieve sales results in line with the commercial and budget goals. • Maintenance of existing accounts and help develop new accounts through national distributor channels. • If needed, support in development and implementation of marketing plans.

Lead the quota management process, analyze and report on economic and market conditions, in support to sales segments, shipments and inventory targets. Coordinate the monthly forecasting process and prepare variance analysis and reports. Contribute to backlog control through quota management.
Ensure that all Commercial business processes and technologies achieve high levels of reliability and support Commercial Business Plan. Lead in the development and implementation of Commercial business processes and technology improvements. Develop project details and lead cross-functional/large/complex projects in accordance to business requirements. Provide technical expertise to cross-functional team members and others in Commercial business and make improvements in individual capabilities through mentoring and coaching.
