I have worked as a Business Development Manager for 21 years for Musgraves and formerly CJ O Loughlins before its integration into the Musgrave group. I have managed a large area in the South East from clients ranging from hotels, restaurants, schools, nursing homes to wholesale distributors. I have managed to grow of individual customer business, lease with customers, and credit control of customers.

For two years I began my role in business development with BKR Catering Supplies. In this role I learned a lot about repeat customer business, building relationships with customers and how to support new business start-ups. My Role included: -Sales -Customer Service -Credit Control
For over 9 years I was the Household and Catering Manager in Newtown Boarding School. In this role I managed 40+ staff in the day to day running of the canteen, laundry, household and dormitories of a busy boarding school. I looked after all of the human resources of the staff, the nutrition of all students and the procurement of all foodstuffs, cleaning and equipment supplies.
